Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience acceptable.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.

Responsibilities

Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
Lead process improvements, launches, and new business/supply models; advise on contracts and audits.
Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to develop customer-focused solutions.
