Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory, and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical actions; strong stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored supply solutions and strengthen customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, pricing, and special programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage risks, readiness metrics, and escalation paths.
