Bayer is seeking a qualified professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash operations for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. This role ensures reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes readiness for NDC-12 across data, systems, serialization and pricing, with exposure to government pricing programs and contracts management.

Qualificações

• Must have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations.
• Knowledge of regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models is preferred.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent PMO updates and risk management.
• Engage in industry discussions to reflect evolving external expectations on NDC-12.
