Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization/traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models, and address contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, master data, quality, regulatory, finance, and external partners to ensure consistent controls.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and readiness metrics, and report updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and ensure readiness reflects external expectations.
