Job summary

Bayer is seeking a skilled operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, serialization, and customer operations to ensure reliable service, regulatory compliance, and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires SAP/ERP expertise, data mastery, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Collaboration with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
