Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing programs across master data, SAP, and external partners to ensure reliable supply and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and commercial teams to align requirements and readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in pharma settings.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature‑sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported or contract‑controlled supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, controls and audit inquiries; drive compliant process improvements and launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
