Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will drive daily transactional activities, ensure compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Master Data, and Regulatory to support reliable service delivery.

The role emphasizes NDC-12 readiness, process improvements, and collaboration with account managers, sales, and finance to optimize customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation, and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launch support, and act as SME for contracts, operational controls, and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to tailor solutions and strengthen engagement with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracting and special programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, and escalations to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and regulatory changes.
