Job summary

Bayer is seeking a results-driven operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and drive ready-for-market readiness across data, systems and pricing workstreams.

Key focus areas include process optimization, contracts and governance, with strong collaboration across IT, finance, and commercial teams to deliver reliable service

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in pharma operations or supply chain
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported models
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master, EDI/API interfaces and serialization
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical readiness actions

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations at Accenture as escalation point
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts, controls and audits
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions; build relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing
