Job summary

Bayer is seeking a results-oriented operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma within the US market. You will coordinate master data, SAP interfaces, pricing, and government programs while ensuring timely, compliant service delivery.

You will drive process improvements, support new business models, and work with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, supply chain, master data, and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, or 3PL-managed supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize logistics and supply chain operations for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness in line with industry discussions on NDC-12 and best practices.
