Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned supply chain operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for its Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and governance, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Lead NDC-12 readiness activities, manage contracts and regulatory inquiries, and collaborate with IT, finance, and commercial teams to drive improvements across the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience accepted.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and contracts, and manage audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, and pricing.
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain risks, decisions, and escalations.
• Engage with trade associations to ensure readiness and best practices.
