Job summary

Rwcatskills is seeking a Central Reservations/PBX Agent to deliver superior guest service via phone, on-screen chat, radio and other electronic channels. You will handle, answer and process all incoming communications for hotel reservations and related services across multiple properties.

The role requires experience in guest services or a related field and a High School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 1 year in contact center or a related guest-service field.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service via phone, live chat, radio and other electronic channels.
• Answer and process all incoming communications internal, external or electronic.
• Create, modify or cancel reservations for hotels, limousine, restaurants, butler services, housekeeping, and events.
