Zusammenfassung

Rwcatskills in Monticello, NY is seeking a customer-focused VIP Guest Services Associate to coordinate reservations, events and guest experiences. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, book hotel, transport, dining and special casino events for VIP players on or off property.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year in guest services or casino operations, and the ability to obtain a NY State Gaming license.

Qualifikationen

Must be 21 years or older.
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year in a contact center, marketing, special events, hotel operations, box office, or related guest service field preferred.
Previous casino experience is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the NY State Gaming Commission license.

Aufgaben

Inbound calls for VIP guests via phone, radio, on-screen chat or other channels.
Outbound calls to book players for events per Marketing and Resort initiatives.
Create, facilitate, modify, or cancel reservations for hotels, limousine, dining, aviation, events.
Assist with printing and distribution of concert tickets on or off property.
Evaluate player ratings to determine access to events and promotions.
Manage guest spend approvals up to $200 for on-property goods and services.
Coordinate outside transportation and aviation services.
Collaborate with Host, Hospitality, and Marketing to support VIP requests.
Support off-property events and sponsorships as directed by Marketing.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
