Job summary

Kennebunkport Resort Collection is seeking a remote Central Reservations Agent to join our hospitality team, handling reservations across EOS properties and delivering outstanding guest service. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and OTA partners, provide local recommendations, and help maximize revenue while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, front desk or reservations experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Prior Front Desk or Hotel Reservations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and accepts hotel and restaurant reservations for EOS properties across all channels (phone, email, live webchat, PBX, Internet).
• Responds to guest requests promptly, assesses needs, and provides information with local recommendations.
• Resolves complaints with hospitality and professionalism; accommodates special requests when possible.
• Communicates with travel partners such as OTAs, Tour Operators, AirBnB, VRBO, etc.
• Accepts and processes gift certificate orders where applicable.
• Follows reservation procedures, security policies, and standards of conduct.
• Works with sales and property managers on group bookings and billing patterns.
