Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Phoenix to provide excellent customer service and support for field teams and dealerships. The role involves reservation placement, equipment distribution, and ensuring availability based on demand and productivity across the region.

The successful candidate will use strong communication and multitasking skills to review reports, assist with U-Box products, and help maintain accurate reservations and contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
