Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Glenshaw, PA to handle reservation placement and equipment distribution, supporting customers and field teams. This role focuses on balancing inventory and ensuring accuracy of reservations and contracts while providing excellent service.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will coordinate with U-Haul dealerships, review placement reports and assist with U-Box products, contributing to efficient regional operations and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment and customer reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
