Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team in Feasterville, PA. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations, manage placement and distribution based on demand, and help balance inventory across regions.

In this role you will review reports, assist with U-Box products, and ensure accurate reservations and contracts. If you are organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
