Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field team members and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, your work will focus on balancing regional inventory to meet demand in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and use of office equipment, with collaboration across teams to ensure accurate reservations and efficient equipment allocation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
