Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with office equipment and basic software (multiline phones, Word, email).
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing customers' equipment based on demand.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement, reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
