Iowa Workforce Development in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a RESEA Career Planner to support unemployment claimants by delivering program components, reviewing UI claims, and guiding participants through program requirements.

This full-time role offers telework possibilities after a six-month probation and training, plus occasional travel. You will develop Individual Service Plans and facilitate workshops to connect job seekers with IowaWORKS services.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver all required RESEA program components during scheduled participant appointments.
• Review UI claim status with claimants and refer issues to staff.
• Provide claimants with RESEA program information and guidance on requirements.
• Verify compliance with work search requirements and document activities.
• Promote workshops and register claimants for services.
• Maintain documentation in the database system.
• Develop Individual Service Plans with customers.
• Prepare RESEA Agreement of Participation outlining program requirements and responsibilities.
• Facilitate workshops and update training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of services and participant activities.
