ADT in the United States is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage existing customers and rebuild trust for current accounts. You will tailor security and automation solutions, present compelling proposals, and follow up post-installation to ensure commitments are met.

Travel within your territory is required, and success hinges on strong communication, relationship building, and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers uncapped commissions with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and learning new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, shortening sales cycles.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting product benefits vs competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitments are fulfilled and generate referrals.
• Generate new sales leads to maximize outreach and cultivate new business opportunities.
