Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-pace sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers. Shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, emphasizing benefits over competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
