ADT Security Services in the United States is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest with customers who already know ADT, leveraging trusted relationships and modern security solutions.

You will re-engage previous customers, tailor security and life-safety offerings, deliver compelling presentations, and build new business through referrals and outbound leads, with uncapped commissions and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers. Shorter sales cycles, higher conversion rates, and potential to build lasting relationships.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, tailored to their space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the unique benefits of our products and services.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
