ADT is expanding its Resale Sales team and offering a path to significant earnings with uncapped commissions. You will re-engage customers who already know ADT, presenting tailored security and life-safety solutions that fit their homes or businesses.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and strong communicators who can manage relationships, close deals, and grow the territory with guided training and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel territory with your own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy; able to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to uncover leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder; consult with customers to find the right solution.
• Adaptable; comfortable learning new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers to shorten sales cycles and build relationships.
• Provide personalized security and life-safety solutions tailored to each space.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals comparing ADT benefits.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
