You’ll work from a territory-based schedule, travel as needed, and aim to shorten sales cycles with personalized proposals. Strong communication and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success and career growth with ADT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; licensing may be location-based.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers.
