Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a flexible hybrid schedule in the Charlotte area. You will select your sales routes with provided leads, build rapport with property managers, and educate them on repair services. No prior sales experience is required as training is provided.

Expect base compensation with commission and bonuses; average earnings range from $65K to $95K annually. Hybrid remote work options are available with strong support and CRM tools.

  • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
  • Educate on our services and book repairs
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner

No Sales Experience Required: No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:
