Job summary

Surface Experts - Austin North is growing and seeks an in-field sales professional who can build real client relationships, structure a flexible schedule, and earn based on performance. No sales background needed; we’ll train you to excel if you’re a people person with the right attributes.

You'll work with a nationwide franchise network, receive quality leads, coaching, and access to a dedicated support center and HQ training.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Must be coachable, a people person, and curious to serve customers.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Map route, perform ~15 on-site visits per day, and book follow-up work.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team.
• Handle light admin from home and participate in weekly sales coaching.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
