Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a results-driven sales professional for in-field responsibilities across multifamily housing. You will typically perform 12–15 on-site visits daily, book work, and log notes in our software, coordinating with the Owner/Sales team.

Light admin is done from home with weekly coaching and continuous training. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer relations, business development, or sales and can structure their schedule to maximize opportunities while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer relations, business development or sales.
• Willingness to work in-field sales with minimal remote admin work.
• Ability to map routes, log metrics, and follow a proven sales playbook.

Responsibilities

• Make ~12-15 on-site visits per day and book work.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with Owner/Sales team.
• Handle light admin from home and participate in weekly sales coaching.
• Work full-time with scheduling autonomy to balance personal commitments.
