Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our hybrid team. You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day, working from home with provided leads and a flexible schedule.

We offer a base salary plus commission, paid time off, 401(k) matching, training, and a supportive sales environment with weekly meetings and wellness stipends.

• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
  • Build rapport with property manager
  • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
  • Educate on our services and book repairs
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner

Attributes Over Experience

No Sales Experience Required: No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:
