Job summary

Surface Experts of Northeast Philadelphia is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across our service areas. You will work with a hybrid schedule, earning a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with average annual earnings between $65K and $95K.

Expect about 15 appointments daily with leads supplied. Youll review routes, train on our offerings, and build client relationships to close repairs and expand the business footprint.

• Willing to learn without prior industry or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads provided).
• Build rapport with property managers during appointments and educate on services.
• Book repairs and upsell where appropriate.
• Review sales route, make prep calls, and complete minimal admin work from home.
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner.

Typical Day of a Outside Sales Representative

• You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will
• • Build rapport with property manager
  • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
  • Educate on our services and book repairs
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
