Job summary

Surface Experts - Northeast Charlotte is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a route with provided leads. This role offers hybrid remote work with a base salary plus commission and bonuses.

You will work about 15 appointments per day with apartment managers, educate them on services, and book repairs; no prior sales experience is required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided).
• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will build rapport, walk through a unit to assess opportunities, educate on our services and book repairs.
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work.
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner.
