This key position is often the first point of contact people have with our organization, so it is critical that it is a positive one.

The position primarily involves direct customer interaction by phone, text, and email. There are no scripts, so you will need to listen, think, and guide people to the support they need. We are looking for exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to convey confidence, and a positive personality.

This is not a receptionist position or sales position. Customer service is part of our marketing team. You will be expected to contribute ideas and opinions to support the overall growth of the organization.

We are busy! This position requires someone willing to show up on time and contribute. If checking your cell phone every hour is something you need to do, this may not be the right position for you.

Although we are a flexible employer, this position requires someone who can work full-time in our office. It is not a work-from-home position.

Qualifications and Skills
