Paramount is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our team in California. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, focusing on the receipt, processing, storage, and release of repossessed vehicles and items.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to de-escalate upset customers and enforce policies.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and vendors.
• Inspect and clean arrivals, bagging and labeling personal property.
• Maintain inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases, verify ID and paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers who are upset or frustrated about repossessions or releases.
• De-escalate situations with calm communication and sound judgment.
• Elevate threats or unresolved issues to management as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure vehicle lot and customer area.
• Communicate effectively with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
