Paramount Recovery Service is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our team in Brentwood. This full-time role handles receipt, processing, storage, and release of repossessed vehicles and personal items while keeping the lot organized and secure.

You will manage inventories, assist customers with releases, and communicate professionally with Recovery Agents and management. Forklift experience is a plus, and overtime may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and third-party vendors.
• Inspect vehicles and bag/label personal property.
• Maintain accurate inventories of vehicles, property, and equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases by verifying identification and paperwork.
• De-escalate tense interactions while enforcing policies.
• Escalate to management when safety or policy issues arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and customer service area.
• Communicate effectively with agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
