Paramount Recovery Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to manage a repossessed vehicle yard. This full-time role Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed, requires you to maintain a tidy lot, verify paperwork, and assist customers with releases while staying calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and proficient with smartphones/tablets to document inventories and communicate with Recovery Agents and management. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication, conflict-resolution, and problem solving.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record; age 22+ for insurance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented with accurate records and documentation.
• Overtime, weekend, or holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and third-party vendors.
• Inspect and clean vehicles; bag, label, and secure personal property.
• Maintain inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases; verify identification and paperwork.
• Interact professionally with upset customers; de-escalate when needed.
• De-escalate situations with calm communication and sound judgment.
• Elevate threats or unresolved issues to management as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure vehicle lot and customer area.
• Communicate effectively with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
