Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Silver Spring to help customers shop, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in stock, merchandising, and store recovery to keep shelves inviting and in stock.

This role involves assisting with rewards enrollments, omnichannel services like BOPIS/SFS, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings while upholding Michaels’ standards and values.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock condition
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact with others in a respectful manner and model Michaels values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
