Job summary

Patagonia is seeking a Manager, Repairs in Reno, NV to lead a multi-shift repairs department. You will supervise Sr. Supervisors across Processing, Trims, Prep, Sewing, Shipping, and Waders, coordinating with the Repairs Sr.

Manager to meet guest expectations. You’ll forecast labor and volume, drive continuous improvement, and develop leadership capabilities while upholding company policy and culture. The role emphasizes people leadership, safety, and cross-functional partnership to deliver

Qualifications

Experience leading large warehouse teams (40-100 employees).
Experience with labor planning, productivity tracking, and volume forecasting using data analytics and reporting tools, plus Lean Manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - independently builds professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel tables, graphs, and calculations.
Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading the team: create an environment for learning, open dialogue, and accountable leadership; coach Sr. Supervisors and ensure policy consistency.
Running the operation: manage two shifts (Sunday to Friday), own productivity metrics, and deliver on-time reporting; build knowledge of repair methods and metrics.
Building leadership talent: hire, onboard, train, and develop supervisors; drive learning programs and action plans with owners and timelines.
