Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, repair management, or retail operations, ideally multi-location.
• Experience leading a team including contractors and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maintenance projects.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with store managers, staff, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance of multiple retail locations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fixtures.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and to company standards.
• Coordinate routine and proactive maintenance schedules and manage external contractors.
• Monitor expenses, manage vendor relationships, and ensure quality service and timelines.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and ADA/building code standards.
• Lead training and provide guidance to store teams; ensure resources are available.
• Proactively prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime to protect the customer experience.
