Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Reno, NV to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff. You will promote safety, quality and efficiency, drive improvements through data-driven decisions, and ensure on-time customer deliveries at the right locations.

You will engage your team across shifts, mentor staff, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
