Job summary

Tersus Solutions, a Denver-based textile care innovator, seeks a Sewing Lead to oversee daily sewing and repair operations in the Repair & Warranty Department, ensuring goals, quality, and SLAs are met.

You will coach sew techs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a collaborative culture; prior leadership in manufacturing or repair preferred, with experience in apparel repair or outdoor products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or repair operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Comfortable making decisions independently within established guidelines.
• Experience in apparel repair, industrial sewing, outdoor products, or warranty operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of Repair & Warranty sewing operations and coordinate workflow.
• Coordinate with operations lead between Sewing, Shipping, and Intake to move work efficiently.
• Monitor production against daily goals and adjust priorities as needed.
• Provide daily direction, coaching, and training to the Sewing Team.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and quality.
• Ensure quality standards and SLAs are consistently met and tracked.
• Maintain safe, organized daily operations and professional team culture.
