You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Store Manager, and handle opening/closing, deposits, and merchandise receiving. This position emphasizes service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous assistant management or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and support employee training activities.
• Work alternating shifts with the Store Manager to support daily operations.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by store leadership.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures; prepare and manage daily bank deposits.
• Receive, organize, and process incoming merchandise shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Process customer purchases accurately according to company procedures.
• Welcome customers, answer calls, and provide assistance as needed.
• Support customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
