Responsibilities

• Set up all repair and construction jobs in PSA and assign estimators.
• Inputting jobs into PSA.
• Monitor Job Management Report related to repair jobs daily.
• Track KPI dates and follow up with Project Manager.
• Participate in first level of customer complaint issues.
• All admin and accounting for the team as well as needed assistance to the EST and PM.
• Controls for PSA accuracy and A/R collection management.
