Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration in Wheeling, WV seeks a Team Coordinator to run day-to-day Repair operations, coordinating jobs in PSA, assigning estimators, inputting jobs, and tracking progress. The role emphasizes customer liaison, schedule management, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with the Sr PM in weekly meetings.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent English are required, along with initiative and attention to detail.

Job Overview:

The primary job of the Team Coordinator is to run the day-to-day Repair operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Set-up all repair and construction jobs in PSA and assign estimators.
• Inputting jobs into PSA.
• Monitor Job Management Report related to repair jobs daily.
• Track KPI dates and follows up with Project Manager concerning alerts.
• Participate in first level of customer complaint issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Management and accuracy of PSA.
• A/R collection management and documentation.
• Customer Service and liaison.
• All admin and accounting for the team as well as needed assistance to the EST and PM .
• Creating Cheerleader Customers
• TC contacts the customer:
• Schedules appointment
• Confirms data in PSA
• TC creates Repair Binder
• Daily/nightly job schedule. Prepare schedule for each work day by no later than 4:15pm.
• Participation in weekly production meeting with Sr PM.

Repairs:

• Assign all new repair jobs to the Project Manager
• Help the Project Manager with difficulties concerning jobs in progress.
• Secure improved pricing for building materials

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange)
