Job summary

PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC. is seeking a Team Coordinator to run the day-to-day repair operations. You will set up all repair and construction jobs in PSA, assign estimators, input jobs, monitor reports, track KPI dates, and support Project Managers.

The role also handles A/R, admin, and customer service with strong MS Office skills and solid communication. You will work closely with Sr PM, participate in weekly production meetings, and ensure accurate data in PSA while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Set-up all repair and construction jobs in PSA and assign estimators
• Inputting jobs into PSA
• Monitor Job Management Report related to repair jobs daily
• Track KPI dates and follows up with Project Manager concerning alerts
• Participate in first level of customer complaint issues
• All admin and accounting for the team as well as needed assistance to the EST and PM
• Daily/nightly job schedule and prepare schedule for each work day by 4:15pm
• Participation in weekly production meeting with Sr PM
• A/R collection management and documentation
• Customer Service and liaison
• Creating Repair Binder
• TC contacts the customer, schedules appointment, confirms data in PSA
• TC creates Repair Binder
• TC schedules and confirms data daily

Essential Job Functions

• Set-up all repair and construction jobs in PSA and assign estimators.
• Inputting jobs into PSA.
• Monitor Job Management Report related to repair jobs daily.

• Participate in first level of customer complaint issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Management and accuracy of PSA.
• A/R collection management and documentation.
• Customer Service and liaison.
• All admin and accounting for the team as well as needed assistance to the EST and PM.
• Creating Cheerleader Customers
• TC contacts the customer:
• Schedules appointment
• Confirms data in PSA
• TC creates Repair Binder
• Daily/nightly job schedule. Prepare schedule for each work day by no later than 4:15pm.
• Participation in weekly production meeting with Sr PM.

Repairs

• Assign all new repair jobs to the Project Manager
• Help the Project Manager with difficulties concerning jobs in progress.
• Secure improved pricing for building materials

Required experience
