Job summary

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Team Coordinator to manage day-to-day mitigation and repair operations, coordinating dispatch and admin tasks. The role covers jobs from mold to biohazard and requires strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.

The candidate should have 3 years of admin/finance experience, be proficient in MS Office, and communicate effectively. This on-site role reports to the Branch Manager and supports the Est and PM teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administration or accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange).
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and dispatch teams for mitigation and/or repair jobs.
• Inputting jobs into PSA when needed.
• Monitor Job Management reports for mitigation/repair jobs daily.
• Prepare weekly Gross Margin worksheet for production meetings.
• Track KPI dates and follow up with Project Manager.
• Handle first level customer service issues and liaison.
