Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and rental software; experience with Integrated Rental is a plus
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent follow-up and customer service

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line contact for customers seeking rental equipment by phone, email and in person
• Create rental quotes, confirm rental availability, coordinate rental delivery timeline and process rental orders
• Schedule rental deliveries/pick ups with logistics team and ensure accuracy in dispatching
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in rental management system (Integrated Rental), assist with billing and any damage reports
• Follow up with customers throughout rental process, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and coordinate with service or operations when needed to ensure customer is satisfied
• Monitor rental inventory, manage fleet utilization, and stay knowledgeable on current offerings, attachments and applications
