Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Rental Coordinator to schedule and assign rental equipment, process orders, and coordinate delivery and pickup with customers to maximize utilization and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, 2–3 years in rental or customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Strong telephone and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Assigns and schedules rental equipment to maximize utilization and profitability.
Receives calls requesting equipment rentals, availability and quotes.
Solicits new rental business via outbound calls.
Schedules delivery and pickup of rental equipment to and from customers.
Transfers equipment to all branches and maintains an active equipment list.
Processes rental invoices and billing; communicates potential lost rents to Rental Manager.
