Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling in Kansas City, MO seeks a Rental Make Ready Tech to inspect rental equipment and ensure quality, safety and proper condition. You will store, document locations, photograph units, and keep equipment ready for Rent Ready status while supporting Transportation/Logistics and Rental Manager.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, cleaning and inspecting gear before delivery, completing inspection forms, maintaining organized bays, charging batteries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial equipment field.

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall inspection of Rental equipment. Ensure that all quality, safety and general equipment condition are addressed, using appropriate forms are completed and submitted as instructed. Responsible for storing equipment in safe, organized manner. Maintain a system for documenting for equipment location. Keeping stored equipment in Rent Ready condition. Other duties that may arise to assist Transportation/Logistics associate, Shop Foreman, and Rental Manager.
