Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to grow parts, service and rental sales and expand the customer base. This role emphasizes building lasting relationships through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

You will partner with customers on aftermarket services, fleet analysis and training while delivering excellent service and sustaining collaboration with internal teams. This position is on-site and plays a key role in the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ sales experience; 3–5 years in material handling industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Sell in assigned territory- parts, service, rental and allied products.
• Negotiate sales contracts directly with client/customer.
• Contact existing and prospective customers to demonstrate products, services, and solicit orders.
• Generate quotes, estimates, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Follow up with clients after delivery of equipment to resolve any disputes and provide continuous support.
• Assist Accounts Receivable department with collections from customers with past due balances.
• Report weekly sales volumes and update CRM database.
• Any other duties assigned by company.
