Job summary

Mission Rock Residential LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, onsite tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering outstanding customer service to current residents to support occupancy and satisfaction. Responsibilities include guided tours, knowledge of apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates, plus processing resident requests.

Requires 1–2 years in sales, basic math, and MS Office proficiency; Fair Housing compliance

Qualifications

1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
Basic math skills required.
Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
