Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, interacting with prospects and residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident retention.

You will assist the Community Manager, execute daily lead generation, follow up within 24 hours, maintain lease files, and support marketing efforts to drive traffic while delivering superior customer service and property care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Process rental applications, collect documents, schedule move-ins, and maintain lease files.
• Record traffic sources daily and aim to convert at least 30% of traffic to leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and with additional contacts as needed.
• Assist in marketing plans and outreach to generate traffic.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of model units and common areas.
